Art Exchange Projects

The BrainWaves Art Exchange started in 1997 with a handful of artists from diverse creative backgrounds.  The BrainWaves participants created an environment fostering experimentation  with a variety of media across genre.  The artists shared information and resources about art, creativity and the inspirations for making their art.  A newsletter accompanied each of the project returns and over time the newsletter grew into the BrainWaves Zine.

The most popular exchanges have been  the Shrines Exchange and the  Valentine Projects.  The next Valentine Project will occur in 2010. 

This section will include  updates and additional information about future projects and collaborations.
